Environmental Engineering
HVEA provides a full complement of environmental services for transportation projects throughout New York State. HVEA has extensive experience progressing projects in the sensitive NYCDEP watershed and has developed a unique expertise in producing and implementing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP’s), erosion control measures, endangered species studies, SEQR, NEPA, hydraulic/hydrologic analysis, implementation of best practices and wetland impact mitigation as well as navigating the often challenging, environmental permitting process.
